It’s that time of year again for the Southend On Sea air show and the huge crowds it attracts each year! There are Red arrows this time round they are grounded! I always look forward to seeing them perform! There has been a huge amount of building development further along the coast at Shoeburyness and the old garrison has been transformed with a variety of properties ranging from the ultra modern sea front apartment that are quite eye catching to the modernised terraced homes that constituted the former barracks in the old garrison, and what is very nice is the ministry of defence having sold the land for development have made it possible for the council to have built a pathway running all along the sea front now from the east beach Shoebury to Thorpe bay and beyond if you so wish!
